My queues – queue handling

DRAFT – presents calls from all selected areas

IMPORTANT – this queue involved calls previously defined by the Administrator with high priority (based on DNIS and ANI numbers).
Those can be calls defined for ex. as Alarm calls, with VIP status or other.

DISPATCHER – presents only calls from numbers defined by the dispatcher in the speed dial window as dispatcher calls.

The possibility to assign an individual ringing tone to the queue (2 ring tone types per queue)

Editing presented call records in the queue (color, font)
